How We use cookies
We use only the small number of cookies needed to run the Website and to record Your cookie choices. We do not use cookies to build a profile of You or to follow You across other websites.
In particular, We do not use:

Account and sign-in
These apply only if You have a Captiva account and sign in. They are not set for ordinary visitors to the Website.

Signing out, or clearing Your browser's site data, removes this immediately.
Third-party services
The Website loads its cookie consent tool from CookieYes, and the Website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both may process technical information such as Your IP address in order to deliver the page to You securely, as any web host must. Neither is used by Us for analytics, advertising or tracking.
If You use the voice demo on the Website, Your browser connects to Vapi to carry the call audio. That connection is described in Our Privacy Policy, which lists every provider We use.
Managing Your preferences
You can review or change Your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page on the Website. This reopens the consent banner so You can update or withdraw Your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done beforehand.
You can also block or delete cookies through Your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website working, including staying signed in. The major browsers explain how here:

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if We start using a new tool on the Website. Any change will be posted on this page with an updated date. If We ever introduce cookies that require Your consent, We will ask You before they are set.
